Subscription Orders

If you purchased your product through a subscription offer, the following conditions apply:

  • Subscription products may be offered at a discounted price.

  • By purchasing a subscription at a discounted rate, you agree to complete at least one monthly renewal before cancelling the subscription due to the promotional pricing.

  • If a subscription order has already been processed and shipped, it cannot be cancelled or stopped while in transit.

  • The subscription can only be cancelled before the next billing cycle to prevent future shipments.

  • Returns for subscription products must still meet the standard return eligibility requirements listed above.
